Please do not do business with Emanuel...owner of The Metal Shop! After 5 months of negotiating to sell our families buildings & land to Emanuel and The Metal Shop, and Emanuel giving the go ahead to proceed (numerous times).....We … More put out monies towards attorney & CPA fees for review of the sale, not to mention turned away another buyer and another party willing to lease, only to have Emanuel bail on the deal 3 hours before signing papers, citing "the upcoming election". Emanuel initially offered to pay us for our time and monies spent, but has since GHOSTED us and will not respond now. I urge anyone that might be in negotiations with Emanuel to sell him your property, to think otherwise and move on. Horrible way to conduct business!
